Non-Returnable Items

Certain items and circumstances are not eligible for returns:

  1. Parrots with Significant Health Issues: If the parrot has developed significant health issues due to improper care or neglect.
  2. Non-Allowable Reasons: Returns based on subjective reasons such as personal preferences or compatibility issues without a valid health concern.
  3. Custom Orders: Parrots bred or selected specifically upon customer request.

Return Process

  3. Package the Parrot: Securely package the parrot in its original carrier, ensuring safety during transport.

  4. Shipping: Arrange for the shipping of the parrot back to us using a reliable and safe method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Inspection: Upon arrival, our team will inspect the parrot to confirm its health and condition.

  6. Refund or Replacement: Once the parrot passes inspection, we will process your return according to your preference:

    • Refund: A full or partial refund will be issued based on the circumstances.
    • Replacement: If desired, we can offer a replacement parrot of equal quality.

Health Concerns

If health issues arise within the initial 30 days, refer to our Health Guarantee for specific guidelines regarding replacements or refunds. Proper veterinary documentation and timely notification are essential to process health-related returns.

Additional Information

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of inspecting the returned parrot. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement Process

If opting for a replacement, our team will work with you to select another parrot that meets your preferences. Replacements will be arranged promptly following the return inspection.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returning the parrot are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be refunded.
